Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for your Horse Monkey purchase. We do hope you are pleased. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a refund if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order, at which point please contact us.
Should you wish to return your purchase, you are liable for the cost of returning the item to us. In all cases we strongly recommend you return the item(s) using a Signed For service which includes adequate insurance for you, the sender, against loss or damage during transit. In situations where returns have been sent without such insurance, we are not liable for refunding or replacing goods, should they not be received.
The product you return must be in perfect condition with labels still attached. In the event that an item is returned using inadequate packaging or is received in a damaged condition you may not be eligible for a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mere Court Stud, Mythop Road, Weeton, Lancs FY4 4XB. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
